HSI Roboinspector™ integrates a high-resolution OmniEye™ hyperspectral camera with a robotic arm, enabling flexible, multi-angle inspection of complex 3D parts. Its design allows the camera to dynamically move around curved, irregular, or hard-to-reach surfaces—capturing every detail with precision.

Unlike traditional fixed-camera systems, HSI Roboinspector™ offers adaptive positioning and full-surface coverage. It captures both reference and test images from optimal angles, enabling one-shot anomaly detection even on reflective or non-planar surfaces. This makes it ideal for inspecting parts with complex geometries, such as castings, molded components, or medical devices.

Powered by self-supervised visual learning and a training-free patch-level comparison engine, HSI Roboinspector™ uses MonoSight™ to detect deviations from a golden sample—without requiring labelled data or model training. It delivers immediate, explainable results from day one, making AI-powered inspection commercially viable in high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) manufacturing environments.
