The system employs a dual-motor servo control solution based on the STSPIN32G4 motor driver, enabling a single controller to drive two motors simultaneously. By sharing current detection circuits and EtherCAT communication links, this architecture reduces hardware costs compared to traditional "one-controller-per-motor" configurations while minimizing the number of EtherCAT slaves controlled by the PLC.

The PLC system utilizes the STM32MP257 microprocessor with the CODESYS soft PLC platform, delivering mid-to-high-end control capabilities adaptable to diverse production line requirements.
