Nowadays building's seepage leakage we face hard to solve the problem. Moisture and Thermal Tracer (Dual Moisture Tracer) MS-WITC3MT is a versatile instrument capable of object temperature measurement, automatic hot/cold leak tracking, measure and trace moisture on building materials, distance measurement (1–320 cm). It features thermal imager for object temperature measurement, probe-type surface relative moisture tracking (RST), and non-destructive inductive relative moisture tracking (RPT). Compatible with various accessories, including deep-wall moisture probes, wall-cavity moisture probes, hammer-type moisture probes, and baseboard sensor, it offers flexible measurement modes: handheld operation, tripod-supported monitoring, or extension rod-assisted detection for hard-to-reach areas.
Key functions include thermal object / surface temp measure, auto trace hot / cold leaks, distance measure, pin type surface moisture measure, pin type relative surface trace (RST) moisture, roller sensor relative penetrate trace “RPT” moisture. It also supports thermal / Visual camera, monitoring, temp. alarm, data logger, remote control, triple object temp. measure, compatible external sensor, 32GB micro-SD card storage, date/time display, dual mode Wi-Fi connectivity, auto capture seepage water.
Applications:
- Through thermal sensor detect moisture temp. On walls / ceiling / floor to find the moisture location;
- Pin type sensor measure surface moisture content;
- Through scanning "Relative Penetrate Trace" (RPT) mode, locate the highest moisture content under the tile / marble;
- Through "Remote Pin Sensor" locate moisture where hard to reach area;
- Through "Hammer Probe" "RST" mode, locate the highest moisture content under wooden floor;
- Through "Baseboard Probe" "RST" mode, locate the highest moisture content under carpet.
